Job summary

Ramley Home Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with experience in residential construction or home improvement. You will meet homeowners, visit job sites, understand project needs, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the sales process with company-generated leads and support.

This role emphasizes strong communication, trust-building, organization, and ownership of results, with base pay plus commission and a schedule of weekdays with approximately one Saturday per month.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential construction or home improvement.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable with in-person sales and job-site visits.
• Organized, self-motivated, and accountable.
• Comfortable learning and using technology for estimating and quoting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and schedule appointments.
• Meet homeowners and visit job sites.

• Prepare and present quotes using an iPad and company estimating technology.
• Follow up with customers and manage opportunities through the sales process.
