Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with residential construction or home improvement is preferred.
• Comfortable with in-person sales and job-site visits.
• Organized, self-motivated, and accountable.
• Comfortable learning and using technology for estimating and quoting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and schedule appointments.
• Meet homeowners and visit job sites.
• Understand project needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes using an iPad and company estimating technology.
• Follow up with customers and manage opportunities through the sales process.
• Build customer relationships and generate referrals.
