Ramley Home Solutions in Michigan is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with experience in residential construction or home improvement. You will meet homeowners, tour job sites, assess needs and guide customers through the sales process, using company estimating technology and an iPad to prepare quotes.

Base pay plus commission, with company-generated leads and marketing support, plus a wrapped vehicle for work travel. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• Experience with residential construction or home improvement.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable with in-person sales and job-site visits.
• Organized, self-motivated, and accountable.
• Comfortable learning and using technology for estimating and quoting.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to leads and schedule appointments.
• Meet homeowners and visit job sites.
• Understand project needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
