Job summary

Veridian Homes seeks a PersonalBuilder to join the Madison construction team, delivering high-quality homes on schedule and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and trade partners, reviewing plans and schedules, setting expectations, and guiding customers from pre-construction through the warranty period. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or 4–6 years of residential construction or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and trade partners through ongoing communication.
• Review plans, construction schedule, specifications, and selections for accuracy.
• Set proper expectations with customers on products and process.
• Schedule trade partners and inspect construction for quality and conformance with plans and guidelines.
• Educate customers on construction and care of their home from pre-construction through warranty period.
