Job summary

Dowbuilt is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administration and coordination support for high-end residential construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and the project team to support project administration and coordination.

The role focuses on financial management, project setup, sub/vendor management, and compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field plus relevant experience is preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, building science, or equivalent related professional experience.
• 1 year of experience within the construction industry with contractor coordination responsibilities preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365.
• Experience with web-based solutions such as Smartsheet, ShareFile, Slack and Asana is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project administration and coordination for high-end residential projects.
• Assist PM and collaborate with PA for AFP/invoice prep and review.
• Assist with application for payment paperwork for subcontractor invoices.
• Assist PM with invoice coding and processing.
• Coordinate lien releases for interim and final vendor payments.
• Monitor Cost to Complete reports as appropriate.
• Assist with project closeout, including HOM manuals and warranties.
