Job summary

Veridian Homes is seeking a Personal Builder to join our Madison construction team. You will develop relationships with suppliers and trade partners, review plans and schedules for accuracy, and set customer expectations on products and processes.

The role also involves scheduling trades, inspecting for quality, and educating homeowners from pre-construction through warranty. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in residential construction or customer service, with a bachelor’s degree preferred,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or 4–6 years of previous residential construction or customer service experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and superior customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and trade partners through ongoing and consistent communication.
Review plans, construction schedule, specifications, and selections for accuracy on each job.
Set proper expectations with customers on products and processes.
Schedule trade partners and inspect construction for quality and conformance with plans and manufacturer guidelines.
Build relationships with customers to educate them on construction and care of their home from pre-construction through warranty.
