Job summary

Garrette Homes seeks an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate area projects with hands-on training while supporting Site Superintendents in meeting quality, timeline and budget goals. This full-time position involves local travel to Puget Sound job sites and collaboration with home sales agents to deliver a superior customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2+ years in residential construction, strong organizational skills, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in residential construction preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to travel Puget Sound area
• Reliable vehicle; vehicle allowance provided
• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors
• Assisting with the building process on multiple residential jobs
• Maintaining clean, orderly and safe work environment
• Delivering a high-quality product on time and on budget
• Collaborating with home sales agents to ensure great customer experience
• Coordinating with municipal officials on building inspections
• Motivating subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining professionalism
