Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site construction efforts across Washington State. You will oversee daily field operations, manage safety, quality, and schedule, and coordinate with subcontractors and the Project Manager to keep projects on track.

The role requires readiness to travel, read drawings, and deliver ground-up commercial work while staying near project locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Track record of independently delivering ground-up commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination and site safety.
• Ability to read construction drawings and proactively resolve field challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay near project locations throughout Washington State.
• Valid driver’s license.
• PEMB, steel-frame, industrial or maintenance-facility experience preferred.
• Availability to start at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily reports, conduct site meetings and manage inspections, punch lists, turnover.

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join an established commercial general contractor delivering projects across Washington State. This position will oversee daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• $140,000 annual base salary.
