The position requires experience in exterior and hardscape construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel full-time for extended periods (1–2 years).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry construction experience within the multifamily new construction sector.
• Experience managing subcontractors regarding production and schedule.
• Proven ability to coordinate with project staff and subcontractors on schedules and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and performance schedules with subcontractors and ensure deliverables.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety policies and plans.
• Coordinate project activities with company personnel and review status reports.
• Attend status meetings and assist in problem solving.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, equipment management, quality, and risk.
