Job summary

Crescent Heights, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support luxury high-rise and mixed-use development from pre-construction through project completion.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Contractors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with Crescent Heights’ design standards. This role offers growth toward a Project Manager position in a fast-paced, high-profile market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3–6 years in construction roles.
• Experience supporting high-rise, multifamily or luxury residential developments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in managing projects from pre-construction through close-out.
• Assist with maintaining project schedules, milestones, and critical path updates.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action-item logs.
• Track project deliverables, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting systems.
• Assist with site visits and field observations.
