Job summary

MFort Security Services is a Chicago-based provider of contract security services seeking a Concierge Security Officer for a part-time first shift at a residential property. Qualifications

• Residential concierge or front desk security experience preferred.
• Valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems.
• Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment.
• Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns.
• Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures.
• Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors.
• Responsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks.
• Perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors.
