Qualifications

• Experience: one to three years of residential management or related experience.
• Physical: ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lease procedures to meet/exceed budget and occupancy targets.
• Manage and develop on-site staff for personal and professional growth.
• Daily exterior and interior property inspections for curb appeal, maintenance, and safety.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and company standards; coordinate emergencies when needed.
• Perform other duties and participate in background checks and drug screening.
