Job summary

Yarco seeks an on-site Property Manager to oversee leasing, budgeting, and staff performance at a residential property. You will handle rent collections, maintenance requests, and inspections to ensure asset protection and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years of residential management experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to manage physical tasks and driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site staff training and ensure policy adherence.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain property curb appeal and cleanliness.
