Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage rental traffic reports.
• Support in market studies and rent collection processes.
• Maintain property appearance and ensure safety procedures.
• Provide excellent resident service and handle resident complaints.
• Perform other duties as needed.
