Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
• Drivers must have valid license and acceptable MVR; transportation must be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market the property; assist the Community Manager in achieving occupancy and rental goals.
• Respond to inquiries and conduct property tours to drive rental traffic.
• Prepare and administer leasing activities and traffic reports; assist in market studies.
• Support resident relations; handle complaints; manage rent collections in the Community Manager's absence.
• Maintain property appearance and safety; participate in community activities and other duties as assigned.
