You will monitor safety, track movements, perform UDS and breathalyzer tests, maintain records, and assist with daily guidelines and resource access. High school diploma or GED is required; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
• High attention to detail for precise legal and facility record-keeping.
• Must pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Facility Safety: Conduct routine rounds, headcounts, and building security checks.
• Track Resident Compliance: Log resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
• Enforce Accountability: Administer routine urine drug screenings (UDS) and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain Records: Complete accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Support Reentry: Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access.
