Job summary

Hall's Culligan in Los Angeles is seeking a Service Technician to install and service Culligan water systems at commercial and residential locations. You will test, troubleshoot, and ensure proper functionality while following SOPs and safety protocols to deliver high-quality service.

This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, at least 2 years of plumbing experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in plumbing.
• 2 years' experience working with hand tools.
• Preferred: 2+ years' experience in soldering and/or welding.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Culligan water systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Interact with customers professionally and communicate installation processes clearly.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Train customers on use and maintenance of installed products and assist coworkers.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps, including photos.
• Operate service vehicles safely and perform required vehicle inspections.
