Job summary

Hall's Culligan Water is seeking a Service Technician to install and service drinking water systems at customer sites in the greater Los Angeles area. The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and customer interaction, with training provided to ensure high-quality Culligan service.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $23–$25 per hour. Benefits include PTO, a full benefits package, and 401k with company match after the introductory period, plus

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in plumbing.
• 2 years' experience working with hand tools.
• Preferred: 2+ years' experience in soldering and/or welding.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass driving record checks.
• Physically capable for a demanding field role and able to lift up to 100lbs.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Interact with customers professionally and explain processes.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Train customers on use and maintenance of systems.
• Maintain records of installations with photos.
• Operate service vehicles safely and complete vehicle inspections.
