Job summary

CITY Furniture, Inc. seeks a Residential Closet Sales/Designer to create innovative designs within the client’s budget while maximizing revenue on CITY HOME/Ashley Homestore products. The role builds vendor relationships and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure CITY Services success.

Location: assigned showroom with regional travel; compensation includes commission and mileage reimbursement. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and be able to work flexible hours, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• One to five years of experience in a related field.
• Interior Design license preferred.
• Custom Closet Design Background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospecting/Sales: design within budget, manage CRM, close leads.
• Client Home Design: measure, color palette, layout furniture and install as needed.
• Travel 60-70% and navigate large showrooms; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the project.
