Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Texas PE license, ability to obtain Texas licensure, or an experienced EIT approaching PE licensure.
• Civil consulting experience designing residential subdivisions or related land development projects.
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a solid understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Ability to coordinate technical work and take ownership of assigned deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Grading, drainage, paving, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water distribution design.
• Engineering calculations and construction plans for residential development projects.
• Coordination with CAD designers on plan production and design revisions.
• Permitting support, agency review comments, and resolution of design conflicts.
• Technical quality and timely delivery of assigned project work.
