Job summary

Agape of Appleton is seeking a Residential Case Manager (RCM) for an eight-bed, coed residential CBRF home. The role combines hands-on leadership, relationship building, program coordination, and direct support for adults with developmental disabilities.

You will lead staff, champion person-centered care, and oversee individualized support plans while promoting safety and teamwork in a caring home environment. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Wisconsin.

• Keep program operations running smoothly with schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Promote safe, quality care with training in mobility, transfers, feeding tube protocols, and meds.
• Be a hands-on leader, work with staff and individuals to navigate challenges.
