Job summary

• One year experience performing security or social service work preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily activities and ensures client program participation; maintains safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the environment.
• Administers breathalyzer and urinalysis tests; performs sexual offender checks as needed.
• Communicates with the treatment team and documents major incidents for supervisory review.
• Completes intake paperwork and enters data to maintain computer records and client lists.
• Documents and monitors self-administration of medication per policies.
• Distributes written communication and documentation to clinical staff.
