Job summary

SALVATION ARMY A GEORGIA CORP Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Full Time Regular Case Manager to supervise and support clients in a residential substance abuse treatment environment. You will monitor activities, document incidents, and coordinate with the treatment team.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; CPR/First Aid preferred. Health and retirement benefits are included and equal opportunity employment is practiced.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• One year of security or social service experience preferred or equivalent training.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily client activities and ensure program participation and safety.
• Perform crisis intervention and document major incidents to supervisors.
• Coordinate with treatment team and maintain client records and reports.
• Administer and document routine medication monitoring per policies.
• Distribute communications and documentation to clinical staff.
