Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year experience performing security or social service work preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within established timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily supervision, monitoring, reporting, and technical support to clients in a residential treatment environment.
• Performs crisis intervention counseling as needed.
• Works with individuals and groups to develop life management skills.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the program environment.
• Administers breathalyzer tests and urinalysis tests as needed.
• Communicates with treatment team and reports major incidents in writing and orally.
• Completes intake paperwork and inputs data into computer records.
• Documents and monitors clients' self-administration of medication as prescribed.
• Distributes written communication to clinical staff.
