The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in residential carpentry, proficiency with tools, and the ability to read blueprints. Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years residential carpentry experience preferred.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physically capable of lifting 90 lbs and comfortable in various work environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Frame, trim, and hang doors as per architectural drawings.
• Read blueprints accurately and translate to finished projects.
• Coordinate with other trades for a clean hand-off.
• Maintain a safe worksite according to OSHA standards.
• Communicate project progress effectively.
• Maintain tools and treat company property with care.
