Homestead Maintenance & Remodeling Inc. is hiring 3 Field Carpenters for residential remodeling. The role covers framing, drywall, cabinetry, trim work, painting, and minor roofing. A strong hands-on background and the ability to work across trades are essential.

This full-time, field-based position offers a company vehicle for travel between site locations, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow with a veteran-owned business emphasizing teamwork and quality.

Competenze

Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in residential remodeling or carpentry.
Proficient across framing, drywall, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and painting.
High school diploma or GED required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
Skilled in use of hand tools and power tools; supply your own.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; good communication.

Mansioni

Measure and calculate materials needed for each job.
Cut, shape, and prepare lumber and materials to precise specs.
Build and install doors, frames, staircases, cabinetry, walls, and flooring.
Perform framing, drywall hanging/finishing, interior/exterior painting, and siding.
Install hardwood flooring, trim, insulation, and minor roof repairs.
