CMCSB is seeking a part-time Residential Technician to supervise residents in group homes in Lebanon and Elk Garden, Virginia. You will assist with personal care, meals, transportation to appointments, and maintain records.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to travel, and good communication skills. Training in medication handling and safety is provided; shifts vary and include evenings and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; alternative considered with knowledge and abilities.
• Ability to understand training needs of intellectually disabled individuals and complete required trainings (Medication Administration, Repackaging, CPR/First Aid, etc.).
• Good written and oral communication skills; ability to organize own work and use basic software for records.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise residents in all daily aspects of the residential program.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Coordinate daily schedules and duties for residents; prepare meals and shop for groceries as needed.
