Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Med-tech or CNA certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality patient care and support medical/behavioral needs.
• Monitor client health, document observations, and maintain safety.
• Assist with ADLs and mobility and transportation.
• Observe self-administration of medications and document.
• Support meals, housekeeping, and treatment programming.
• Respond to crises per intervention protocols.
