The role offers part-time shifts (6am-2pm or 3pm-9pm) with competitive pay and benefits. A high school diploma or GED is required, and English proficiency is essential for safe, effective duties.

Qualifications

• Direct-care experience in resident settings.
• High school diploma or GED required; English required.
• Up-to-date medication certification preferred; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents, getting to know them personally while administering medications and treatments, observing their day-to-day behavior and outlook and ensuring their comfort and overall positive well-being.
• Provide social and emotional support, while encouraging residents’ independence.
• Manage the medication cart for complete, up-to-date supplies and quality control.
