Responsibilities

• Oversee Beacon locations to meet budgets and clinical targets.
• Supervise Care Team Managers and ensure staffing.
• Co-chair monthly staff meetings and maintain documentation.
• Ensure policy adherence and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate audits and licensing reviews and CAPs.
• Manage census, payroll costs, and EBITDA targets.
