Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Residential Care Advisor for a night shift position in a 12-bed home in West Mifflin, near Kennywood. The role includes assisting residents with daily living, medication administration, and hygiene support in a compassionate, team-based setting.

You will work Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 9pm, with a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1. A driver’s license, clearances, and a pre-employment drug screen are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or Equivalency with 1 year of direct care experience
• Valid Driver's license and ability to drive an organizational vehicle
• Act 33/34/73 clearances
• Pre-employment drug screen

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance, medication administration, hygiene support and training to adults with Intellectual Disabilities/Serious Mental Illness in residential locations
• Develop and mentor a caregiving team using a strengths-based approach
• Support residents with activities of daily living and community engagement while maintaining dignity and respect
