Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living Services seeks a hands-on Home Manager to oversee one or more residential sites. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate admissions with clinical leadership to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training coordination, and maintaining facility operations while fostering a safe, compliant, and compassionate environment for individuals served.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of college coursework in business, social science, or a related human service discipline strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years’ previous leadership experience working in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned home(s) to meet budget and clinical effectiveness targets.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure staff training and performance.
• Maintain home operations, scheduling, and communications with supervisor and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Manage census, payroll, budgeting, and vendor relationships for assigned homes.
