Qualifications

• 2 years of college coursework in business, social science, or related human service discipline preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare preferred.
• 1-2 years management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
• Maintain industry required trainings and TB screenings (for select markets).

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned home to meet budgets and clinical effectiveness goals set by the company and customers.
• Support and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring training and skills.
• Maintain homes and ensure good working order of all related systems, facilities, and furnishings.
• Assign repairs and maintenance duties to staff; contact maintenance or supervisor to address issues.
• Assist with contracting for approved services and evaluate contractor performance.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure proper actions to maintain health, safety, and stability.
• Ensure DSPs attend functions and follow person-centered plans.
