Qualifications

• Six months experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or two semesters of related field training.
• Insured, registered vehicle in safe working condition and a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check completed.
• Ability to travel within and throughout the counties served ~75% of the time and statewide quarterly for meetings/trainings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive communications with supervisor, staff, and clients.
• Maintain program documentation.
• Ensure a safe, healthy living environment for clients.
• Maintain supplies in the home (groceries, safety equipment, forms).
• Participate in personnel issues related to direct care staff (discipline, reviews, training).
• Transport clients to appointments and activities, ensuring safety and timeliness.
