Job Description : As a Live‑In Residential Counselor you are responsible for ensuring the safety and well‐being of consumers through direct supervision, medical coordination, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness. The role includes developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISP/IPP), overseeing documentation and progress reporting, and promoting skill development, socialization, and community involvement. The individual will supervise residential counselors, serve as a positive role model, maintain communication with leadership, oversee consumer funds, and support daily activities, family communication, and basic property upkeep as needed. This position also requires residing in the home as a live‑in staff member to provide ongoing supervision and support.

A valid CA driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are preferred to safely and effectively support special needs clients in achieving their goals.

Compensation: $19.00 - $19.25 per hour + $1,000.00 (paid in increments over the course of 12 months).
Schedule: Mon - Thurs 6:00AM to 9:00AM & 2:00PM to 10:00PM + Fri 6:00AM to 2:00PM (Full‑Time; 40 hours per week).
