Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a full-time supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently.

The role includes supervising Direct Support Professionals, implementing support plans and behavioral plans, ensuring medication management, and coordinating community transportation and daily living tasks. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of supervision experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred to support diverse members and families.
• Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Direct Support Professionals under program plans.
• Implement ISP and Behavioral Treatment Plans with staff.
• Oversee medication management and patient safety protocols.
• Coordinate transportation and community activities for members.
• Maintain up-to-date member files and reports; ensure data quality.
• Provide first aid/CPR when needed and support staff training.
