Community Counseling Solutions seeks a Residential Associate for Lakeview Heights. This on-call, non-benefit position provides 24-hour supervision and supports residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and documentation.

Supervision comes from the Facility Assistant Administrator with occasional oversight by the Facility Administrator. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to pass background checks, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Must communicate effectively in writing and speech; understand laws and agency policies.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; background check required; valid driver's license.
• Three-year combination of training/experience in psychology, counseling, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide residential care including room, board, and 24-hour supervision to residents.
• Assist with personal self-management activities and daily living tasks.
• Administer prescribed medications following physician orders and policies.
• Document accurately in medical charts per policies.
• Attend trainings, report safety hazards, and follow CCS procedures.
• Conduct safety drills and support residents toward recovery goals.
• Interact with residents, staff, and community while maintaining confidentiality.
