Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions is hiring a Residential Associate for Lakeview Heights. The role involves providing 24-hour residential care, assisting with activities of daily living, and monitoring residents under a PCP/ISP.

The position requires a high school diploma and a background check, with a focus on recovery-oriented support. Shifts are rotating 7:45am–8pm, with a 0.9 FTE and a $19.42–$27.74 per hour pay range plus night/weekend differentials.

• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to follow laws, rules and agency policies.
• Ability to handle crises and support recovery-oriented care.
• Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour residential care including room, board and services per care plans.
• Read logs and complete entries; stay awake and alert during shifts.
• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility; support meals and feeding per plans.
• Administer medications per orders and document on charts.
• Conduct safety drills; participate in training and meetings.
• Maintain clean, safe conditions and report hazards; participate in supply management.
