Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions is seeking a Residential Associate for Lakeview Heights. The role covers 24-hour residential care, including ADLs, medication administration and documentation, with supervision by an Assistant Administrator.

Requires high school diploma, driver’s license, background check and commitment to recovery-oriented care. The position offers a $500 hiring bonus and a 0-hour FLSA on-call schedule, with compensation in the $19.42–$27.74 per hour range and night/weekend

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with residents, staff and others with respect and dignity.
• Ability to communicate effectively, read and comprehend laws and policies.
• Must pass criminal history background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ideal candidate has 3 years of training/experience in psychology, counseling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour residential care including room, board and daily living assistance.
• Assist residents with ADLs and safety, monitor health and welfare on premises.
• Administer medications per orders and document accordingly.
• Prepare meals per plans and assist with feeding when needed.
• Conduct safety drills and participate in trainings.
• Maintain documentation per policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and follow CCS policies.
• Report any violations or abuse according to policy and law.
• Support residents in recovery-oriented activities and community access.
