Job summary

Y.A.P.A. Apartment Living Program Inc in Wilmington, NC seeks a Full-Time Assignee to oversee Member residential living arrangements and support self-administration of medications. You will perform roving checks, manage medication and ADL activities, and document in the EHR (DAP).

You will facilitate groups, assist with transportation, complete incident reports, and support daily living skills while upholding regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must possess a valid, non-commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of Member residential living arrangements to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall environment of recovery.
• Support and document Member self-administration of medications.
• Roving and inspection of residences and Member ADL support as needed.
• Disaster Drills; Residential Checklist; Medication Room Checklist; Van Checklist.
• Implement and document Member interventions and progress relative to Member Treatment Plan as it pertains to medication and ADL compliance.
• Complete Incident Reports and complete progress notes in the EHR (DAP format) by end of shift.
• Facilitate/Co-facilitate all groups as assigned and complete documentation within 24 hours of facilitating.
• Support with transporting Members per the directive of the Program.
• Observe Member alcohol and drug screenings and document observations by end of shift.
• Support Members with activities of daily living, meal planning, and healthy living practices.
