Job summary

Y.A.P.A. Apartment Living Program Inc is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee Member residential living arrangements, ensuring a safe and supportive recovery environment.

You will support self-administration of medications and document in the EHR, coordinating daily activities and safety protocols. The role also involves leading or co-facilitating groups, completing records within required timelines, and assisting with transportation and daily living tasks to promote independence and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
• Must possess a valid, non-commercial driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of Member residential living arrangements to ensure safety, cleanliness, and recovery environment.
• Support and document Member self-administration of medications in the EHR (DAP format).
• Perform roving inspections and support with ADL tasks and medication management activities.
• Complete incident reports and progress notes by end of shift.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate groups and coordinate transportation as directed.
