Y.A.P.A. Apartment Living Program Inc in Pocono Lake, PA, is seeking a Lead Residential Advisor to oversee Member residential living, safety, and medication room operations, and to supervise Residential Advisors.

The role includes conducting regular inspections, staff training, incident reporting, group facilitation, and coordination of transportation and daily living support in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with medication oversight/observation.
• Must possess a valid, non-commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Roving and inspection of residences and Member ADL support as needed.
• Provide supervision and training to Residential Advisors including monthly documented supervision.
• Ensure completion of facilities and medication management activities.
• Disaster Drills, Residential Checklist & Medication Room Checklist.
• Weekly Medication Reconciliation log and daily medication room review.
• Document Member interventions and progress relative to Treatment Plan.
• Complete incident reports and all shift notes in DAP format.
• Facilitate/Co-facilitate groups and document within 24 hours.
• Support transportation to appointments and observation of screenings.
• Engage in phone coaching/crisis management as needed.
• Provide coverage for staff callouts and on-call emergencies.
• Support activities of daily living and development of social skills.
