Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a current and valid state-issued photo ID/driver's license as well as a secondary form of identification (e.g. Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Passport).
• Must provide 3 professional references during the interview process.
• Must have adequate verbal and written communication skills to fulfill all required documentation.
• Must be able to complete and maintain any essential training and certifications.
• Must have dependable transportation to the assigned work-site(s).

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, hygiene, meal preparation, mobility, and community integration.
• Provide behavioral supports as needed.
• Work in 24-hour residential group homes or Supported Living Programs where individuals are supported at their own homes.
• Document required information accurately and timely.
