Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks English.
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required on hire; PMT certification due within specified period.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individual programs within the Overall Plan of Service.
• Monitor daily medical, physical, and behavioral changes and report to supervisors.
• Administer medications per policy and document accurately, reporting any errors.
• Maintain resident privacy, safety, and hygiene; ensure confidentiality.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and mandatory training; supervise staff during shifts.
• Coordinate resident activities, transportation, and community-based outings.
• Be on-call and oversee residential house operations; ensure staffing coverage.
• Maintain proper documentation and incident reporting; manage timesheets.
