Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking an Operations professional to oversee multiple residential homes across various locations in Wisconsin. The role reports to the Program Director and is exempt under FLSA, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, compliance, staffing, and admissions coordination.

As part of the operations team, you will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure maintenance of homes and systems, and collaborate with leadership to enhance resident care and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Operate assigned home(s) to meet budgets and clinical effectiveness.
• Supervise DSPs and ensure staff have necessary training.
• Maintain facilities, systems, and furnishings at assigned homes.
• Coordinate contracting for services and oversee contractor performance.
• Manage cleanliness and scheduling for staff across shifts.
• Maintain on-call coverage and report on-call hours.
• Coordinate admissions and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operations, compliance, and resident care.
