Beacon Specialized Living is seeking an Operations-focused professional to manage assigned homes and supervise staff across multiple locations in Missouri. The role ensures budget targets, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care within residential settings.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize operations, quality assurance, and staffing while maintaining a safe, compliant, and supportive living environment for individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned home(s) in a manner that meets budgets and clinical effectiveness.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure training for high-quality care.
• Maintain assigned home(s) and systems, facilities, and furnishings in good order.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with staff and supervisors.
• Assist with contracting for services and evaluate contractor performance.
• Ensure cleanliness of homes and vehicles; schedule daily tasks and shifts.
