Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living Services, Inc. seeks an on-site Operations Manager to oversee assigned homes across various locations. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, coordinate admissions with referral sources and regulators, and ensure budgets, safety, and quality care are maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising direct support professionals (DSPs) and coordinating care.
• Ability to manage home budget, payroll, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication with supervisors, regulators, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned home(s) to meet budgets and clinical goals.
• Supervise DSPs, ensure training and skills for high-quality care.
• Maintain home(s) and related systems, facilities, and furnishings.
• Coordinate repairs, services, and maintenance with staff and contractors.
• Ensure incident reporting, CAP/POC implementation, and regulatory compliance.
