Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Operate and manage assigned residential home(s) to meet budget and clinical targets.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure staff training and competency.
• Maintain home facilities and coordinate maintenance with supervisors and contractors.
• Coordinate admissions and build relationships with referral sources and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll considerations to align with budget.
• Prepare for meetings, communicate with direct supervisor, and provide updates on operations.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and ensure privacy and data security.
