Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New Mexico driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Proficiency with computer and software packages.
• Knowledge of agency positions and responsibilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• General understanding of the DD Waiver / Mi Via Waiver.
• Job-related certifications/trainings as deemed necessary.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the homes assigned, ensuring supplies and equipment are available and in good working order.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and IDT to ensure health, welfare, and safety of individuals.
• Ensure staff are trained and competent to care for individuals.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation by staff and management.
• Conduct regular audits of home/vehicle/equipment/supplies and safety.
• Oversee that clients' health care needs are met.
• Communicate professionally with co-workers, individuals, and stakeholders.
• Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed without supervision.
• Handle and resolve recurring problems.
