Job summary

AABR Inc is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager to partner with the Residential Manager to ensure daily operations meet policy standards and promote a person-centered home environment.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, advocacy and communication skills, with a focus on supervising direct care staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high-quality resident care while complying with OPWDD regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a social services setting.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules, document care plans and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Train, assign, direct, supervise and evaluate direct care staff and shift staff.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure appropriate care for residents.
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and AABR policies.
